Taiwan Excellence Invites Dabawenyos to Try Award-Winning Lifestyle Brands for Free
“Taiwan Excellence” products are manufactured or developed in Taiwan, that provide innovative value to users worldwide.
For the first time in Davao, at People’s Park, March 10, “Taiwan Excellence” will proudly display and allow Davao residents to try the quality of Taiwanese brands for free, simultaneous with this year’s Davao International Marathon (DIM) Race (Register for the 2019 race here.).
TAIWAN EXCELLENCE PRODUCTS
The symbol of Taiwan Excellence is recognized in 102 countries.
Every year, Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs recognizes products which are manufactured or developed in Taiwan, “that provide innovative value to users worldwide”. These products are awarded with the “Taiwan Excellence” symbol and are included in various promotional events to cultivate the international market.
Awardees are selected for a specific Taiwan Excellence Award based on their superiority in categories of design, quality, marketing, Taiwanese R&D, and manufacturing.
“Davao boasts a teeming natural ecosystem and a vibrant population, much like Taiwan. I believe these factors make it an optimal place to promote the many innovations coming out of Taiwan,” Tony Lin, Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) Deputy Director of the Strategic Marketing Department responded when asked on why they chose Davao.
PRODUCTS TO EXPERIENCE
The Taiwan Excellence Experience Zone will showcase more than 30 top-notch products from cutting-edge brands.
